What are your payment options?

When will I be billed?
If you sign up today, your credit card will not be billed until the free trial ends. If you decide, during the free trial, that the service is not for you, just contact us and your account will be canceled immediately. Billing will then occur every month on the date you signed up with Threesite – until you cancel your plan.
Is there a minimum commitment or contract?
No. Your subscription to our service is on monthly basis, and can be ended at any time by contacting us. There are no cancellation fees or penalties of any kind.
Are there any hidden or additional costs?
There are absolutely ZERO hidden costs. No cancellation fee or any other fees will be charged to you.
What happens if I don’t use all of my time?
If you’re not sure if you can use all the hours in a plan, we suggest signing up for a smallest plan of 10 hours. You can upgrade that to the larger plan at any time. We want you to be on the plan that best fits your needs and your budget. If you sign up for a larger plan and you think you might not need those many hours, you can let us know and we will switch it back to smaller plan which is appropriate for you. **After 2 weeks from the plan which you had purchased, we cannot issue refunds for unused time, regardless of whether you utilize our service or not.
Do you have any sort of guarantee?
We are humans and we are bound to make mistakes. In case you find any error in our work, we will surely do our best to keep you happy. We are known for 2 things: 1. Trust and 2. Communication. We will keep complete transparent communication when working on your project so that you know the return you are getting out the investment which you did with us. If you are still not satisfied, you can surely inform us and we will do an happy ending.
